Then we left Canadia

But this is still in Canada...

This is at a Diner in America...the US of A. Jon and Tarik are playing draw something.
We made it to Seattle in the end.

In Seattle they have big flowers in the streets.

This is still in the car. It is very boring sometimes to drive long distances. Lucky I bought an iPhone.

We had some beers in Seattle too. But only a little bit. We danced ballet in the streets too, but then the boys had enough and left us.

There are weird people in Seattle. Just wait till you scroll further down

Starbucks - the first one ever. No big deal

This was the highlight of my whole trip. Its a community garden!

I wanted to be friends with these too, but I was too scared to talk to them. Gangsters - Seattle style.

We walked a lot in Seattle, so in the end we got tired and got on a boat. I don't know where we went.

There was a huge fork at this place

 and a lot of boats

then suddenly there was a hut

The boys got bored and started walking in circles

Since we had walked so much and been on a boat we bought cheesecake

This is the next day. We went to look at fish.

I like fish. They taste very good. And some are pretty to look at

We ate a lot on this road trip and everyone got fat.

The last night we stayed in a lodge in the middle of nowhere again.
They had very nice decorations there.

We made it home safely, with many extra pounds , one extra iPhone and a lot of lost stuff. I guess it makes us even.

Spring Break

Hi, I'm Ida. It's been a while so this is how I look like now. I have been doing too much since last time so I wont tell you everything.

These are the people, the family, in this story. Jon, Tarik, Emma, Hannah and Ida.

These people were not excited to go on a road trip

For spring break we got a car, Gertrud, and drove up north where it was cold and snowy. Our first stop was in the middle of no-where, but its called Redwood. It's not red!

This is where vampires, werewolves and trolls live.

Jon had to read the manual for Tarik because they didn't know how Gertrude worked. this happened on the highway.

The next morning we drove some more and ended up in Portland.
But then we had to stop because we forgot to eat breakfast.

The diner had a horse and I went for a ride

Hanna worked on a scarf since she cannot drive on the right side of the road

We stopped somewhere and I bought an iPhone. Don't be fooled by the name on the Starbucks cup; it's still me, Ida.

In the end we made it to Portland. Trust me though, it took forever.

In Portland we did a lot of very exciting things, such as drinking beer and reading about feminism (Hannah).
 Eating pizza
 Looked at doors

Played on train tracks

 Got lost

Had some beers and celebrated this green guy called St. Paddy

 The drinks were green

 Had some photo shoots

 Most importantly we ate doughnuts

 and cookies around the bonfire

After two days there we were bored. So bored that we went to Canada.

 In Canada we rented bikes.

 We learned about Canadian culture

Hannah was scared so Hannah and Emma rented a tandem

 This is Beaver Lake

 These are some buildings

We also had a photo shoot in Canada

Suddenly we decided that walking is better

 This clock is famous

This is the view from Jon's friends' place

sometimes we had a coffee break. Hannah had a tea break. It was always at 4 pm.

We still had some doughnuts when we came to Vancouver.
