The sisters made it upthe mountain (Norway)Some spring break. I'm sitting all alone in the living room (before midnight on a Saturday night) watching an old mafia movie on TV. Aussie TV is crap, by the way...The reason for this, well, they are all gone on holidays. Why I'm not with them?! Last Sunday my stomach decided to twist and turn, and be very painful. After 2 days in a fetus position I went to the doctor, and came home with a infection of some kind, antibiotics and a new appointment. I went back again on Friday, told the doctor I was fine and as I left the cramps were back. Nor did they leave. Turned out the kidney was infected. The hole point of my medical history is that as the pain only got worse I was in no condition to go on the road trip.
I have never been more angry, upset and "bitter' my whole life. Pretty close anyway. But sometimes the body just say stop, and rest is the only thing that helps.
On the bright side, I have been through enough movies to become a film critic. And thats only in 2 days. Imagine after the whole week. On my list so far (as if you are interested) is:
